Project Dashboard

Your project dashboard is your command center. Here you can view all your projects, see their status, and access key metrics at a glance.

  • View all your projects in one place
  • See project status (Draft, Active, Completed, Archived)
  • Quick access to project statistics
  • Filter and search your projects

Managing Tester Requests

Reviewing Requests

When testers request to test your project:

  1. You'll receive a notification
  2. Review the tester's profile and past feedback
  3. Check if they match your project requirements
  4. Approve or reject the request

Approval Tips

  • Look for testers with good reputation scores
  • Check if they have experience with similar projects
  • Consider the diversity of perspectives you want
  • Approve requests promptly to keep testers engaged

Organizing Feedback

Viewing Feedback

All feedback for your project is organized in one place:

  • Filter by tester, date, or feedback type
  • Sort by rating, date, or helpfulness
  • Search for specific feedback
  • View feedback statistics and trends

Responding to Feedback

Engage with testers:

  • Reply to feedback to ask clarifying questions
  • Mark feedback as "helpful" to acknowledge good suggestions
  • Mark items as "resolved" when you implement changes
  • Thank testers for their insights

Project Analytics

Track your project's performance:

  • Views: See how many people have viewed your project
  • Tester Requests: Track how many testers are interested
  • Approved Testers: Monitor active testers
  • Feedback Count: See how much feedback you've received
  • Average Rating: Track overall feedback quality
  • Engagement: See which testers are most active

Updating Projects

Keep your projects current:

  • Update project description as it evolves
  • Add new screenshots when you make changes
  • Update the project URL if it changes
  • Notify testers when you implement their suggestions
  • Mark projects as "Updated" to alert testers

Project Status

Draft

Projects that haven't been published yet. Only you can see them.

Active

Published projects that are open for feedback. Testers can request access.

Completed

Projects that have received sufficient feedback. You can still view feedback but no new testers can join.

Archived

Projects that are no longer active. Archived for reference but not accepting new feedback.

Exporting Feedback

For Pro and Team plans, you can export feedback:

  • PDF Export: Create a formatted document of all feedback
  • CSV Export: Export data for analysis in spreadsheets
  • Filtered Exports: Export specific feedback based on filters
